What is a Common Area?
A common area is, in real estate or real property law, the “area which is available for use by more than one person.” The common areas are those that are available for common use by all lake members. This includes all structures built along the lake. There are no structures that are private property.
Green = Can walk in this area
Yellow = Can walk in this area depending on water level.
Red = Restricted
