Charlie and his wife, Sandy, moved to Terry Shores in 2009. Charlie is a research agronomist with Bayer CropScience and Sandy, a retired environmental engineer. You can often find Charlie fishing, swimming and windsurfing on Terry Lake. Sandy and friends enjoy long, open water swims where you can often see them towing orange buoys behind. We feel very fortunate to be part of the Terry Lake community.
Todd Kaywood is The Vice President for TLRA. He lives at Terry Point. Todd, his wife Jennifer, daughter Anya, and son Mateus are very active on Terry Lake. They love the beautiful ecological environment Terry Lake offers. Todd is a veteran information Technology Director working for the USDA currently. Todd is also a Lead with the Terry Point Neighborhood Improvement Committee (NIC) which helps with efforts to improve the Terry Point area and build relationships with all the Terry Lake neighborhoods.
Jan moved to Fort Collins with her husband, Henry in 2010. They purchased one of the few empty lots in Terry Shores and built a treasured home at 3509 Shore Road. Jan retired in 2019 from a career in natural resources and science communication with the USDA Forest Service. She has 3 step-children and 3 grandchildren, all living in the eastern U.S. Jan’s step-daughter Sophia and family are regular summer guests at Terry Lake for “Colorado Family Camp”. Heartbreakingly in 2017, Henry died in a climbing accident in Rocky Mountain National Park. Jan is an active road-biker, downhill and cross-country skier and a slow but steady free-style swimmer in Terry Lake.
Tony and his wife Janet have lived at Terry Cove since it was developed in 2000. They have two adult sons with families who visit and enjoy the lake environment whenever possible. Two loving and dedicated Labs, Trooper & Brody also accompany the family on all activities.
After Tony retired from a career in corporate management, he and Janet formed their own team building / outdoor adventure business with a focus on disabled veterans and first responders who experienced trauma during deployment.
They co-authored the book “Tears of a Warrior” which is based on Tony’s combat experience in Vietnam. The book is used extensively by the VA, Military and First Responders throughout the country.
Tony’s background as a military officer and pilot has resulted in a variety of leadership and voluntary flying opportunities over the years.
With lifetime interest in the outdoors and conservation, Tony has served on several boards, including United Sportsman Council, Colorado Bowhunters Assn, Rocky Mt Bighorn Society, Trout Unlimited and others.
As members, Tony & Janet look forward to continued adventures with the Terry Lake Community.
Chuck Hull served as past Vice President of TLRA. He lives in Terry Point. He is retired. Chuck spent 30 years as a project manager in Aerospace, the Nuclear industry, and entertainment fields. He also spent 5 years as a real estate salesman/broker. In the late 60s, Chuck was in the US Marine Corps and was a Vietnam vet. In his 20s, he worked in construction, security, jewelry, automotive as well as a lot of other fields. He has been married to Shoko Hull for years. They both were avid back packers in their 30s. Now they are into traveling the world.
Jack Lundt has served TLRA as past Treasurer position. He lives on Bayshore road and is a retired high school science teacher. He is an avid fisherman and outdoors man.
