Dues Notice:
The dues renewal and boat registration  forms are enclosed. Please complete and return them both by March 25.   Due to increased lease payments with our NEW 5 year lease, and increasing liability insurance costs, the TLRA board voted to increase annual dues to $295.   The board will attempt to maintain this amount for the next 5 years.

Board Member Update:
There are several changes to the TLRA Board. Joe Bent (sec/heas.) resigned in October due to health concens and Mary Nowak sold her home in December and moved to Califomia.  Jack Lundt volunteered to be sec/treas., Phyllis Jachowski filled in for Mary representing Terry Cove, and at the last board meeting, Dan Meyer was voted in as VP and Derek Harvey was voted in as President of the TLRA Board. We have lots to learn, but have hit the ground running.

Boat Stickers:
New boat stickers will be mailed out in April. Please put these on all your boats as this is the only way we have of monitoring lake use by members.

Matching Funds Projects:
For 2016, TLRA will be funding projects for noxious weed spraying, shoreline cleanup, fence repair, fish stocking, and approved matching funds projects. The majority of the approved 2015 matching funds projects were for shoreline enhancements and erosion control. Thanks to all of you that participated. Fish stocking: In October of 2015, 8 TLRA members helped stock 2000 walleye and 1000 perch. They were placed by boat in several different areas of deep water and cover to help increase survival.

Hwy 287 Construction:
Starting in Feb.2016 and continuing thru 2017, CDOT will be widening Hwy 287 from Hwy 1 to the Bypass. There will be no effect on the dam except that there will be a new fence, sidewalk, and bike lane adjacent to the dam when complete.

Rules and Regulation Reminders:
l. All guests using the lake must be accompanied by a lake member.
2. All watercraft and trailers stored on TLRA leased property must be in good working order.
3. No trailers are to be stored on TLRA property without a boat.
4. Property owners who rent their property or have non owner occupants are required to provide their names and contact information to the TLRA Board.
