Annual Dues
There are two levels of annual dues, ACTIVE, and INACTIVE:
- ACTIVE dues entitles the member full use of the lake and surrounding greenbelt subject to the ground rules set forth in the Rules and Regulations.
- INACTIVE dues dues not entitle the member to use the lake or surrounding greenbelt. This option simply keeps the membership alive so that it does not lapse.

Notices for annual dues are sent to members in early February for the coming year. Payment must be received or postmarked by before April 1st. If postmarked after April 1st, they will be considered late and subject to a Late Fee of either $65.00 (Active memberships) or $32.50 (Inactive memberships). If dues are not received or postmarked by June 1st, the membership will lapse. If a membership is allowed to lapse and the member wishes to rejoin, they must, in effect, take out a new membership by paying the Initiation Fee.
Transfer Fees
A transfer fee must be paid if a property changes ownership and the new owner wishes to take over the existing membership. The Transfer Fee is currently $487.50. It may be paid by either the buyer or the seller. In most instances, the transfer fee is handled as a part of settlement.
